  Visitors can immerse themselves in the lives of sailors and skippers with a permanent exhibition on the old navigation. Photographs, models and objects reflect their daily lives.

You can visit the chapel, the room of Pôvres its 18 beds, the pharmacy that has a hundred earthenware jars, as well as the bishop. As many splendid testimories of the hospital life under the Old Regime.    A typical Burgundian Village was reconstructed from the old houses, disassembled, repaired and transported in the site. The houses have been re-erected. We can admire a barn, a dovecote, pig teaks, a farm laborer ...

12 panels displaying the main buildings and remarkables places were installed in Seurre. 2 starting totems located "Place des Maronniers" and "Cours de Verdun" recall the history of city and have a map of location of the panels. Children can pleasantly enjoy the visit with the small "Jacquemart" adressing a question on each sign. 

  The first floor is devoted to the geological presentation of the Saône Valley and its progressive occupation by man.The second floor evokes the river waterway transport: the models of boats are exposed on the 1/10th scale, including one of the last wooden flutes of Burgundy. The third floor evokes the industry of the prosthesis, prosperous in Seurre since the beginning of the 20th century.

Built between the end of the 12th and the beginning of the 13th century. it has been renovated several times and rebuilt the end at the 15th century. You will discover a painting wall, a seigniorial chapel and architectural details. 
Guided tour by reservation 
  A church which has a series of very curious frescoes. These are a set of devils and demons in the best they can be.  An amazing show not to be missed, both for the story, and the strange colour quality, remarkably preserved.
