On foot, by bicycle or with a donkey, the \u201cChemin des Abbayes\u201d is 35 km long and takes you through the French departments of the Jura (39) and C\u00f4te d\u2019Or (21). The trail is marked with plastic signs featuring a yellow shell on a blue background (sometimes affixed to a white plastic base).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>The Credential<\/h4>\n<p>Make sure you get your \u201cpilgrim\u2019s credential\u201d before you arrive in Saint-Jean-de-Losne because you won\u2019t be able to get one in Cluny. You can order one from the website \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/lescheminsverscompostelle.fr\/credencial\/demande_credencials.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Chemins Vers Compostelle<\/a>\u201d. Stop by the Saint-Jean-de-Losne Tourist Information Centre (2 Rue de la Libert\u00e9) to get your credential stamped.
