Covid-19 measures

The equipment (boat, life jacket, oars) is disinfected after each rental. The “Grande Boucle de Cîteaux” can be requested, but when you return to the station in Saint-Jean-de-Losne, only the equipment will be collected by the club.

Description

Drift along in a canoe or kayak in complete safety, along the nature trails that are accessible to anyone, as long as you can swim. Discover the wildlife and heritage of the local area and have fun at the same time, thanks to the markers dotted along the trail. Find out all about the river and its ecosystem, thanks to the guidebooks you will be taking along with you.

Relax, the volunteers from the association will provide you will all the necessary equipment (Boat, oars, life jacket, guidebooks, questionnaire). Accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The trails available:

• Petit EcoPagayeurs: For a short two-hour trip (6 km) along the Saône and a part of the Ouche. Don’t forget your camera, you might catch a glimpse of a grey heron, mute swan or black kite.
• Petite boucle de Cîteaux n°1: Leave from Saint-Jean-de-Losne and let the waters carry you all the way to Pagny-la-Ville (12 km) or Lechâtelet (16 km). On this half-day trip, learn all about the local wildlife. A shuttle service will bring you back to the departure point (to be booked beforehand)
• Grande boucle de Cîteaux: Do you love nature? Or are you just particularly sporty? This trail is for you, 26 km along the Saône with some portage sections and a lunch break. The shuttle service will bring you back to Saint-Jean-de-Losne after the descent (to be booked beforehand).

Conditions for participation:

To ensure your safety, this activity is for 2 people minimum. Respect the natural environment and the instructions given before departure.

Price & payment

The “Petit EcoPagayeurs”: €14 per person
Petite Boucle de Cîteaux: €20 per person – €18 for children under the age of 14
Grande Boucle de Cîteaux: €30 (Group of 4 people minimum)

Payment for trails to be made by cheque, in cash, French ANCV holiday cheques or special sports coupons. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted.
