Daniel Cachot works with his fruit (apples, blackcurrants, peaches, redcurrants, etc.) in small quantities to produce the very best quality. The fruit is frozen after harvest, to preserve all the organoleptic properties, and then used as and when it is needed. All his fruit is transformed into juice, nectar and jam. His gingerbread has been awarded a gold medal from the “Confrérie du Pain d’Epices de Dijon” and is made using his own honey production. He also produces fruit jellies, strawberry jam, vineyard peach jam, cherry jam and mirabelle plum jam. Not-to-mention his crème de cassis, Poître Rouge beer and eau-de-vie. His products receive awards several times per year for their top-quality and unique flavours.
